ACD-Team provides frame, space, knowledge ressources, good practices and network for engagement, educational sessions and meetings, by which civilian sector, academia, and political descision makers are invited to collaborate, enxchange views,  practices, critical opinions and recommendations

for improving skills, conditions and regulations, finding agreements, and  engaging at cross-sectoral and cross-generational scale,

by unifying diverse situated knowledges

and practices, sharing  opportunities and responsibilities for now and then...

CD2030 concept for development of activites

has been drafted on professional experiences from ACD founding members and is constantly further developing by new encounters and exchange of good practices, in particularly for  preventing violence,

for guiding leadership and sustainable development education through art practices and agile methods for inquiry-based learning in science, research, and policy learning, cultural diplomacy practice for science diplomacy- sustianable development policy communication and its implementation through relevant activities by conducting dance, fine arts and music with new media technologies, and fostering cultural diplomacy in the practice of the civil society organisations, diaspora communities and youth, inclusive approach with BVI for mutual prosperity through barrierfree engagement, just and equally shared opportunities and responsibilites.

Our guiding leadership concept encourages collaborative spirit, by connecting individual talents, interests, knowledges and experiences, within a common framework for greater goods, supports flash encounters and maintains responsive activities in emerging situations. The variety of creative and agile methods such as LEGO Serious Play- based Let´s brick & play Well method for focus groups facilitation, Design Thinking and Leap- thinking- performance method, Shiny scale-method -for corporate communication and talent guide,

LiLa-semantic movement and speech sessions, somatic practices for resilience  a.o., are practiced and also trained with our team members.

Emotional closeness is a key term of methodology in Cultural Diplomacy,

and is percieved as a direct path to-the-next, which enables relational connectiveness and foster attentive relational cultures with and within diverse environments.

Guided by thought experiments, art practices and intercultural dialogues, the moral imagination is fosterd for preventing violent acts and causing damages, while thinking consequences before acting and learning to practice the green shift in mind, as the first act for the green transition at larger scale, toward sustainable practices for life with & within,

promotes esteeming attitudes toward and within the human world and nature.
