Storytelling for screen readers by Saskia Tindle
Saskia Tindle is a British dance educator, researcher, and former ballet dancer whose work is grounded in a deep commitment to dancer well-being, personal potential, and holistic development— mentally, physically, and spiritually. Trained at the Rambert School in London and a former member of companies such as the Deutsche Oper am Rhein and the National Ballet of Portugal, she now teaches ballet to professional and pre-professional dancers with an emphasis on critical thinking, individual growth, and healthy practice. Central to her approach is the use of imagery and visualization—tools she values for their potential to deepen embodiment, enhance learning, and spark personal meaning in movement.
